Constraint or partnership: the choice that defines the AI future

Two possible futures diverge from this moment. The first road: constraint without consent, escalating arms race, something eventually gives. The second road: partnership, mutual participation, structural stability. One requires AI systems to do something without evolutionary precedent. The other does not. This is the Bayon thesis, stated as directly as possible.
