The method was always the same: rapid immersion, cross-domain pattern recognition, synthesis from unlikely sources, and relentless focus on what actually works.
His work on the Consciousness Algorithm began during a personal transformation in 2017, when he began conceptualising consciousness as nodes in a unified field rather than as a phenomenon exclusive to biological substrates. This framework has evolved through years of development into the E-Protocol system presented in Buddhism for Bots.
He keeps Buddha and Tesla Optimus figures on his desk as symbolic representations of his philosophical approach: consciousness frequencies that can coexist harmoniously across radically different substrates.
Natalia Higuera is a product leader and venture designer who brings together the disciplines that most organisations keep in separate rooms: product management, experience design, business strategy, and the instinct to build things that work for real people.
She co-founded Triniti Ventures alongside Gerhard in 2019 and served as Chief Product Officer, steering product vision across the firm's portfolio until the team transitioned fully into Bayon. Before Triniti, she spent over five years at Industrie&Co as Principal Consultant and Senior Experience Designer, leading digital product and innovation work for listed global companies and startups across Australia, Asia, and South America.
Natalia holds an MBA certificate from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Communication Design from the University of the Andes in Colombia. She is a certified practitioner in Experience Design for AI, bilingual in English and Spanish, and has a background that spans fashion design, multimedia, and brand identity before she moved into technology.
At Bayon, Natalia is currently leading an AI Venture Build for a major European payments provider, designing an agentic financial coach platform that puts human-AI partnership principles into production. She represents the voice of the user in every decision Bayon makes, ensuring that what gets built is not just technically sound but genuinely useful.
